not to mention 4 pints of Estrella and several small glasses of red given to me as tasters by the bartender who wishes us to continue to return. He even threw in a small glass of port which was quite exceptional, as port goes. But port is really a bit ****, isn't it?

Creamed spinach, as ever, was heaven. The ribeye, slightly less so. Every steak house has to balance flavour against succulence and in this case I think it was slightly overbalanced in terms of flavor. But still very enjoyable nonetheless.
