Needless to say, we aren't going to win it this year. Indeed, in a post-Brexit scenario, we could be in for null points.

The fact that the song is utter dogshít clearly doesn't help in this regard.

We have to win once in a while because we are one of the countries that pay the most money for it. Germany is another but I forget which the other one or two are.

No. They insist on singing in French, which limits their chances.

Honestly, it's like they've missed every memo about global hegemony since 1815.

Yeah, but we get some of that back in a rebate.

Interestingly, since they introduced the popular vote, I think the Eurovision Song Contest is now considerably more democratic than EU. :hehe:
