Occasionally when I go out for a long night's drinking or been in a restaurant and drank a load of wine

I wake up the next morning feeling pretty unwell.

Do you think I should see what Rich recommends?

I get a maddening itch on the inner right cheek of my arse. Not my arsehole, but inside the crack in the exact same spot. I've had it for decades.

I don't think there is actually much to see, it's just itchy as buggery and seems to be growing.

It's cancer isn't it :-(

My aunt went for an operation to stop snoring.
She said she has now lost her sense of smell.

Do you think this operation was a disguise to go for a face lift as she now has a plastic looking face and all of her facial expressions are the same?

That sounds like Botox more than a facelift, but it could be.

Is she fit?

Nah. but she's proper minted.

Unfortunately I have no family that is minted that I will benefit from.
Except one great auntie who's got me on the will but she's going a proper looney and didn't even know who i was at Christmas.
but she knew who my wife was.

Almost certainly. Have her chests increased in size as well?

I get this pain between my shoulders at random moments during the day. I can't explain it.

When I run or play football (not often) my left shoulder hurts after a while.

That is serious, perhaps heart related, or maybe organ failure. I recall this vividly when a family member was ill.

Something to do with blood flow which given you are exerting yourself in the form of physical exercise makes sense.

Yes, serious. Check it out. You may be ****ed.

Not “check it out” like a rapper may say, actually check it out.

I have heard this. to be honest it may be my right shoulder.

I was told it was because I run like Shaggy from scooby doo.

I have intermittent Hurty Toe Syndrome, mainly on the big toe of my right foot, but occasionally on the left. It manifests in sporadic stabbing bursts of pain around the joint. I realise this isn't necessarily an unusual condition. It might be gout or arthritis, but I struggle on, preferring to die than go to the doctor.

Maybe you have the wrong size of shoe?

You stop sort of measuring your feet size at a certain age and assume that's the size for the rest of your life.
