I think the Football overdose at Christmas is to blame.
Other thoughts: There seem to be a few items saying that Lucas Perez should be playing more.
I like him but they fail to mention he was out for a month injured.

I think he has done very well when played, in fact did he not score a hat-trick at some point against hugely lesser opposition to then be dropped from the starting 11 for the next match*
That in itself is rank bad management.
In summary, Wenger out. Change in.

He got three against Nottingham Forest, I think. So basically against twice Champions League-winning opposition.

He got two against Forest - he scored three against Basel

Did he start the next game post-Basel?
I am guessing not as he played up front in that game and then lost out to Sanchez due to natural rotation and pecking order.

He didn't - Wenger reverted to the side that beat West Ham 5-1 the weekend before

Which is fair enough and understandable.
I do like the cut of the Spanish's jib from what I have seen, and I kind of get where Charlie Nic is coming from, but then one can only pick 11 players - or in the case of Perez one can only pick 2 to supplement Ozil and Sanchez.

The Ox has had enough goes imo. Lucas's turn.

 I didn't think The Ox should have come on the other day before Lucas.
I am still not impressed with the The Ox.

Also I like to add this is when Wenger had a phase of experimenting using English players. (England's next generation)
It hasn't worked out. .
Bin em Jenkinson, Chambers, Oxlade, Wilshere, Gibbs, Maitland-Niles
Keep Welbeck, Walcott, Holding,
