Why is the draw on monday.
I thought these things were conducted on fridays.
usually hosted by that Infantino or the bloke who looks a bit like the Hulk.

For the sake of the Europa league teams - bit harsh if you are in the Ukrainee and don't know until late Thursday night whether you need to point the private jet in Monaco/Syon's direction

It actually starts on Friday, but due to UEFA's insistence on bringing on stage every player who has ever played in the European cup the draw isn't concluded until Monday.

Yes. Someone really could do with explaining to Football Associations that cup draws are not actually occasions anyone wants to watch other than to find out who their team has drawn. They could film it in five minutes in a room above a pub and everyone would be perfectly happy.
