I believe butter is classed as a healthy fat. Flour you need to swerve, carbs innit.

Spuds are carbs too, though. Mashed tayto gets you fat AND carbs, dumplings just carbs. Hmm?

I quite liked it really. For some reason I decided when I was kid I didn't like them.
