Usually in bed by 11.30 and up at 6.55.

usually up at 7.30/8 in the morning, bedtime is a little more erratic normally between 12 and 1 I would say

I've no idea how I got into this routine. Probably when I gave up drugs :-(

Oddly I no longer enjoy having a lie in on the weekends. Used to love that. Obviously a few more hours is nice but I feel like I am wasting the day if I get up late.

My mate just had a baby and I am not sure this is normal but I couldn't be less interested in hearing about it.

He's really boring. :shrug:

:hehe: But really I find him boring. I've been friends for 20 years and when we rarely ever catch up it's boring like there is nothing to say.

I suppose this is normal.
