I don't know I'm doing Awimb wrong, but when a thread reaches a certain length it becomes massively annoying to read or reply to the most recent posts within them, as you have to click through the "read older posts" tab. Hence why, on this occasion, I started a new one.

It's actually an old AWIMB tradition. The venerable Ian Harvey (PBUH) used to start new threads about existing subjects all the time.
