I'm not happy, AWIMB. Not happy at all. I'm thinking of tearing up my TV licence on the pitch. :-(

The Archers does my head in at the best of times, I'm afraid. I have avoided the current shenanigans like the plague.

Tearing up the TV licence wouldn't do you much good. The Archers is on the radio.

Basically, they used the jury's deliberations as an opportunity to have a go at Leave voters, representing them all as common, racist, and/or misogynistic scum, while everyone else (including the obligatory hijab-wearing muslim woman) was on the side of the angels.
What's more, the scriptwriter admitted as much. I am outrage. :furious:

BBC, innit. Actually I'm starting to think that Radio 4 might be the most virulent and flagrant socialist mouthpiece of all the BBC institutions. I'm pretty close to extending my BBC TV ban to include radio.
