I haven't decided yet. I've got some haddock, but I really want meat. Might do the duck legs thing with a fückload of green beans in a really sharp vinaigrette. Plus some new salad potatoes from the garden sautéed.

I think it's fajitas this evening. She's off to Marks , which invariably means something from their assortment ..

Get her to score you one of their individual pies they do on the deli counter bit. The Steak and Guinness one is particularly good.

I went out for lunch and was served so goat much confit that half of it is in my doggy bag to make some kind of goat and cous cous or other grain.

A packet of those quick instant noodle things with the wee sachet inside. Curry flavour with a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter added for both texture and umami.
