staff proceeded to wave giant flags back and forth in the latest piece of marketing cμnt-holery the club has decided to unleash upon us. I find the artificiality of this, along with piping crowd noise through loudspeakers, grotesque and offensive.
I also seemed to be surrounded by asian fat boys* who spent most of the match interacting with their Iphones and only paid attention to the football when an attack was launched (and then only to observe through the same Iphones).
*When did so many asian kids become morbidly obese? When I liveed in Southall they were mostly quite healthy looking.
