A relatively low opening bid is always a good tactic in negotiations. Unless they tell you to **** off and not come back.

Plays for Tolouse, similar goalscoring record to Lacazette (has scored 62 league goals in the last 4 seasons), and will only cost £8m. Seems more like a Wenger signing imo.
