It wasn't too bad. I bought a new tefal steamer which is ace.
I lost 8 pounds so far in 2 weeks and 3 days.

on the weekends I eat whatever. but sensibly.

Ham, lettuce, tuna, coleslaw, grated cheese, beetroot, potato salad, salad cream. A real mixture of stuff. It was delightful.

I got over that phase last week. Apart from the diet I really cut down the sugar.
I still have a can of coke in the evening though.
