why is it ex-players ? why not proper proved sporting/ football / trianing coaches ? or are the players just there as overall names ? its like you wouldnt get driving lessons off nigel mansell

I think brian may be dead ..and johan but yup if pep wants to take charge of the kids then fair enough..i just think under 16's require different specific knowledgable coaching than ex players getting a jolly to learn the trade
