Generally speaking Swiss and Belgian. But there's serious stuff being made all over. Try Montezuma.

Any european chocolate will be better than most of the **** you get in America.

There is no finer chocolate bar than the Topic, save perhaps the original, much missed, coconut Boost.

I have not tasted a Topic in 3 years :-(

You do realise he's buying these for his kids ? The stuff you're recommending is 70 -80 %.
