Well, we need another mill or two, and so we are hoping to create some healthy competition between these three countries. We already have Canada in the bag (at 30%), so it's just a matter of what they can bring. To qualify for the incentive you have to have a co-producer from that country. The stated aim of said co-producer is to generate financing from the home country. So we want to do a little two-step, getting co-producers to bid for support by promising financing. Get the letters of commitment from these funders and we get our 2 mill or more. Actually, I say two million; it can be more than 2 million. Budget is $10m and rising, depending on star attachment.
