After eating a ridiculous mixed kebab last friday with a side order of what they call 'cheese on chips'

I decided enough is enough you fat **** time to sort it out.

Best part of it is I am eating like a king I stocked up the house with £300 worth of different meats from Costco. I quite like their quality. Last night steamed cod, tonight I will have some gammon and eggs.

I've lost 4 pounds since monday.

If you've lost 4 lbs in 3 days, you've either eaten 14,000 fewer calories than usual, or you've got dysentary.

It's possibly water. I've been drinking bottles of water like mental.

My weight changes all the time anyway. and had put on a bit on holiday. Where I started a beer habit.
I total 1500 calories for yesterday. cut out the soft drinks.

1,500 seems a bit severe. Have you considered 2,000 but add some exercise?

Over 1 1/2 months off the smokes now.....all that's happened is I feel incredibly depressed that I left it too late and will die in the next year*

I think I'm becoming Fash :-(

:-( Being Fash is a terrible condition. But one that's fixable.

I am 35 next year in my mind if i stop before then i'll be alright.
