Yes and no. It had been mooted but not called yet. It was an electoral promise by Cameron for the 2015 elections.

Will be an interesting one. Sturgeon sort of has to push for it, but the polls aren't in her favour and the oil price is still ****ed, which means the economic case for independence is even worse than last time. :hehe:
