Been enjoying this series.

So far I have learned:

Early Islamic art had boobies, wine, and canoodling.
The Vandals didn't vandalise much, and in fact left Carthage in pretty good nick. And they liked poetry.
The Huns were neither German nor Rangers supporters.
The Jesus Christ beardy brand was an upgrade nicked from Zeus, who was deemed to be more masculine and powerful than the earlier, more effeminate and boyish depictions of Christ.

Pretty much anything with Waldemar Januszczak is worth a watch, I find. That said, bloody poles coming over here andnicking Andrew Graham-Dixon's job!

Also, I watched something recently about the Victorian home. The programme's OK but the presenter is bloody stunning, posh too.
