He'll probably smash it, to be honest.

It's the most un-Wenger thing Arsene's ever done. I've got this image of him furiously tied to a chair in the bowells of the emirates.

I'm not a fan either, but he has ltewally been on fire the last eighteen months. And would make sense if Theon ****ed off for more.

One thing's for sure though, he'd score goals in this team.

Funilly enough, when I heard I thought of you. Doing this.

Well he's movement off the ball will make Özil very happy and his finishing might actually allow Özil to break the assists record. I just don't like the cut of his jib.

Might as well "out" myself before someone else does :-(

Yes, Wrighty said so himself the other day, pointed out that *he* was 28 when he joined us.

Naturally he was mercilessly bantered off.

Footballistically, for that money and with Wellbz dead, it’s an absolute no-brainer.

I wouldn’t even necessarily say it’s us done striker wise.

Oh trust me, we're done striker wise. And theon can **** off now too, so we can get another wide forward, like Mkhitaryan.

Cant remember the last 29 year old he signed though, Gallas?

Cech must be getting on a bit? Debuchy was 28, I think.

But he’s a Wellbz replacement.

You don’t think we’d be in the market for one of the top, top tippety cock-a-leaky mate flap sparrow cockney rhyming *******s strikers, if they became available?

And if #Welbz *could* be revived, Vards wouldn't kill him. Footballistically.

It's obvious Vardy is not going anywhere. This is just our yearly cocktease, similar to Suarez, so that we can be sufficiently primed with anger by August.

Just Trent

 An expensive DM option and a very expensive 29 year old English forward? I reckon there's been a coup inside the Emirates. Andries Jonker is running the show now.

Of course he'll never get another 'Vardy' penalty in an Arsenal shirt. He'll get booked for diving and compared to Pires :-\

To be fair that doesn't make it true.

If it is true, it is very disappointing news.

Still a pretty ordinary player who had a ****in good season. I fear he may have shot his load. I hope we do not buy him

You're a load of miserable whingeing ****s. Complain he never buys anyone and then start complaining all over when he wants to buy.

Don't give a **** whether he's a nice boy so log as he gives us two seasons of 25+ goals. At £20 million it's cheap enough for a punt.

Absolutely right. Wenger's pacing out his warchest. I mean.. What are we expecting him to do here, spunk 40 mil on Morata, who'll probably be no better anyway but of course, carry considerably more glamour. He'll probably stay another season at RM, as baldy headbutt will want to exercise his own opinion following an half decent audition at the Euro's.

Murray to take it up the arse from the Serb boy, again, this Sunday..?

Yep.

Watching Vardz this season I kept thinking that we could do with some nasty ******* like that who knows how to **** the ball into the top corner. No fanny dancing.

Deal will be completed before the end of the weekend...

My view...top class finishers are hard to locate...thank god we found one.

Cash to burn so **** it if he's 29....better than another 17 year old Ivorian
