The people who use to love him and did vote for him now hate him with a vengeance. It's all a bit weird.

Oddly enough, I probably have more time for him now than I did when he was PM.

Money isn't everything, George. I'm talking about justification, vindication. Loyalty of principle.

Everyone just banters him off nowadays.

Same. Corbyn seems to be setting himself up for the same thing, perhaps even through no real fault of his own.

But people don't learn, do they.

That's socialism for you, even though he seems an honest enough fellow. Naive, if anything.

Plus, and this is the worst thing about the commie *******, he can't speak properly.

Remember how he was always 'wunting' something? 'I wunt a country swamped by immigrants', he would say. 'I hate this culture so much I wunt it overwhelmed and subsumed by alien cultures and I wunt it as quickly as possible'.

Yes. Rhyming 'want' with '****' was annoying, but I put it down to him being some sort of scotch/Northern hybrid.

More annoying was his tendency to address everyone as though they were educationally subnormal children with ADD.

The better Engels of his nature?

Wants us to send Delta Force and the Household Cavalry and possibly even the Manitoba St. James' Girls Bowling team as well to fight ISIS on the ground.

Yes. You have to say that at least when it comes to foreign military interventions, dear old Tony does at least have the virtue of consistency. :hehe:

You laugh but that's actually the best thing about him. Normally the trouble with his sort is you can't trust 'em. They think principles and Facebook statuses is the same thing.

You know where you are with Tone.

Yes. I had no real problem with him using the armed forces as much as he did, but feel his failure to increase defence spending proportionately was pretty unforgivable.

Yeah, most of it isn't actually the PM's or the government's or even parliament's call. And happily there's always ways around defence budget control limits, as my wife's Mercedes and Manolo jones' can testify :-\

Yes. See, you call him names now but it really was a choice between getting with the program [sic] and waving the Stars & Stripes, or resign. Left to his own devices, he'd have been the last man to call for military action against almost anybody, but it simply wasn't his call.

There are long-standing agreements and traditions and protocols in place which both pre-date and precede his position as mere Prime Minister. The same would be true for your mate JC too. Do you reckon he would hand in his papers over it?
