At the second one a street food wood fired pizza vendor rocked up and proceeded to make pizza for everyone, including the odd person out for a late afternoon stroll in the nice weather.

Free beer at both mind you.

Actually, I made two diving stops at extra cover last weekend that gained the approbation of my young team mates. Not least because in both instances, the ball was going like a ****ing rocket. This left my right hand feeling and looking like a piece of tenderised steak for most of the last week, but it was good to know I can still do that.

It doesnt take courage, it takes a tolerance for tedium that I just dont have. Later that match I got suspended for smoking during the standing abouty bit where you're supposed to run after the ball.
