I wonder how many of our fans would swap winning the wafer for the last three years against our dismal record in the CL. ?

Winning trophies is always better than not winning them. I reckon we are all agreed on that.

While you're at it, ask them if they'd like to be relegated as well. That way we'd have a decent chance of winning the Championship trophy. :shrug:

I'd actually argue that winning that a couple of years ago helped Leicester City win the Premier League this term. They certainly appeared better composed for a title run-in than, say, us or Spurs.

And isn't promotion worth an absolute fortune nowadays?
