I'd quite like to have some of that wossname, pancake stuff with it, but I don't know how, really.

I'm still expecting a Schweinebraten baby from last night/this morning :-(

Batter. Egg, milk, flour, salt. Hit until smooth. Put in hot fat. Put in oven. Not hard.

I have some mozzarella di bufala that I need to use.
What can I do with it?

Other items in the fridge include prosciutto di parma, greek yoghurt. 2 cans of Coca Cola, A bottle of Jack Daniels BBQ sauce (it's crap) general saladness,

Thank you for the bowel update, r, but unless you're planning on eating your freshly emerged dung, you haven't really addressed the question.

Yes, I suspected as much. Like Yorkshire pudding then, is it? It's the milk that's the issue. I never have milk in.

I made a terrible error at lunchtime. I had a large doner wrap. It was enormous and I had to throw half of it away. I shan't eat again today imo.

I assume you have some dried penne or similar? Boil it up. Make a tomato sauce. Chuck in the pasta and the mozarella and the chopped up prosciutto and whack it in the oven for 20 minutes.

I had schnitzel and mash for lunch - mash being the only form of po-ta-to that the Germans don't butcher

I quite want a baked potato for tea but it takes an awfully long time

Knock up some dough and do a calzone, it's like a poncey cornish pasty

Basically, yes. The trick is to use a metal pan, get it super hot and not use too much batter. If you do, it won't rise enough.

A 'doner wrap'? Dress it up as you will, you've eaten a ****ing doner kebab at lunchtime, b.

I am disappoint.

It's all hypothetical because I never have the milk in, see?

Filthy stuff.

I've got double cream, would that work?

Make a Mozzarella and Parma ham salad with the leaves. Ideally, I would add figs or ripe pears. Dress with a balsamic vinaigrette. Loverly.

1. Your antipathy towards the joy that is Kartoffelnsalat makes me sad, la.

2. A baked tayter isn't dinner, it's a side dish. (Dinner for a bird, granted.)

He's probably had Kartoffelnsalat where some fool's put caraway seeds in and ruined it. That'd be enough to put you off for life imo.

I find the success or otherwise of sausages and mash can often depend on the sausage used. If you’re going down the heavily herbed route then you’re essentially a gay and should stick to tofu.

Roosters work well.

And yes, milk. Or cream.

And the ricer I have always championed.
