Actually, despite what I gather was read from the script for TV and press, the atmosphere was not too bad in reality. Maybe with 10,000 grumblies not turning up the rest of us could offer some support and encouragement. From my seat everything I heard was positive, even if not deafening.
And we won. wd the players and the fans imo :-)

I think the empty seats were mostly from people dancing in the streets to celebrate our league win.
