Everyone with a basic grasp of google can find out who it's about, so what the f**k do judges - or the celebrities themselves - imagine is actually being achieved here?
Do we have a 'right' to know who had a threesome in a paddling pool full of olive oil? Absolutely not.
Is there any way of stopping us finding out who had a threesome in a paddling pool full of olive oil? Not in the longer term, no.
All that is achieved is that the law makes itself look ridiculous and the individuals involved actually end up on the receiving end of more publicity than would otherwise have been the case. The thing is absurd.
