mentioned it.

*OK, there was 'Howlin' Mad' Murdoch, who may have been exhibiting comical signs of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, but I suspect his 'Howlin' Madness was largely contrived.

"No "Howlin' mad" what's best for your recovery is not a powerful cocktail of anti-psychotic drugs and some convalescent finger painting, it's definitely more shooting guns and explosions, now get in the big peadophile van with Boy George"

well, none of them could hit an 'enemy' with a bullet despite being armed with an AK47 and within feet of range. that is pretty poor for a 'crack commando' (oo-er). PTSD all round imo

made it look like the rifles were incapable of hitting any target ever. Lucky the Columbine massacre came along, really, or their reputation for making effective firearms could have been badly damaged.

Tell me you don't participate in a commie sport?

The sport was altered completely by the introduction of the Yak-18 and Yak-50 in the 70's. These were heavy and high powered, as opposed to the previous generations of aircraft which were based on lightness, so they needed to be handled brutally, and this heavy-handedness certainly became a generally used technique. But every unlimited pilot now flis in the style invented by Xavier de Lapparent in the 90s - it's all about gyroscopics and tumbling now.

The first aeroplane I bought from them was a beautifully refurbished Yak 52 with a market value of some 100,000 pds. I paid the right man 16,000 :hehe:

I expect I will, but I'm not feeling particularly driven.

Unless I'm upside down at 200 kts with my hair on fire, it just seems a bit limp :-(
