and yet he keeps churning out this bollox on the back of a decent result, invariably against average opposition..

“This team has a good mentality. I’ve had many teams in my life and this team is top quality. They have gone through a bad period but, when you play like that [against Watford], that shows that mentally they are pure. :hehe:

The press do it all the time, as if, in this instance, Arsene wandered down the street, stopping random people and shouting about 'mentality' into their faces.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that he was asked a meaningless question like, "What does this result say about the team's mentality?" for the 86 thousandth time in his career, he flicked through his mental Roladex of innocuous, non-controversial platitudes and churned one out. Little imagining that someone, somewhere, would find a way to be offended by it.

A day out visiting a castle, lunching on lobster, chips and champagne. Ideal.

by the East Kent Alliance (splitters) who aren't keen on immigrants, to be countered by the Kent Anti-Nazi League. As you can imagine, the traffic was adversely affected.

I was rather hoping that I'd get to see a copper splitting open the head of some rent-a-crowd SWP dreadlock-sporting scum. Sadly, we missed all the action.

And it has bay windows FFS!

so we decided to stroll round the town for a couple of hours, and ended up visiting some places, and when we got back to the castle there were thousands of people queueing up to get in, so we ended up giving it a swerve and went to Kenilworth Castle instead.
