A chinese Thai is a completely different beast to an Isaan Thai, for example.

Actually, come to think of it, what we think of as the pretty Asian look is actually chinese. Other ethnicities in the region are often a bit dodgy.

Of course even this 'Chinese' nomenclature is a vast generalisation, in itself.

Can we agree that we like the delicate features, the honey skin and the shapely hips but not the plate-face or the buck teeth?
