View Full Version : Doesn't sound like the Judge at Adam Johnson's trial is going to be too lenient hehe

it's there. Johnson knew it and he knew her age. And he tried to f**k her anyway. An example has been set. wd the law.

Hopefully now nonces will become little more than a historical footnote from a bygone era.

Well, at least until Led Zep or The Stones announce their next tour.

The law wants to stop sleazy ****ers like you thinking it's OK to have sex with underage girls, because - y'know - that's the f**king law.

Now most normal adult men don't need these laws because they know that f**king teenage girls when you're a grown adult is pretty morally repellent. However, people like you who clearly don't understand the difference between right and wrong need examples to be set and therefore to be scared into not doing what normal men know not to do anyway. Thus, when the law gets a high-profile example of a sleazy ****er trying to f**k an underage girly, it's going to set an example - and rightly so.

the other week about a couple of refugee chaps who raped a woman and were given 4 1/2 years (one of them was at least, the other is somewhere in europe). The chap who was sentenced appealed and the judge decided that because they each left the car and took it in turns it couldn't be classed as a group rape and lowered the sentence to 3 1/2 years.

A Swedish bloke who was a daycare worker was given the same sentence as Johnson and he raped 4 kids and sexually assaulted 20 between the age of one to three.

I wanted to use chafford hundred, which is like a white flight survivalist commune, but the name wasnt nearly as evocative.

I know that area relatively well, most of my family moved out there in search of thatcher's dream. I've not been back for a very, very long time now though.

They probably use crazy things like evidence to determine these things rather than the good, old fashioned "sending out a strong message".

potential custodial sentence but if you or one of your friends were prosecuted you would raise no objection because "it's de law!".

The equivalent of which would be for you to argue that the age of consent is too high and that 28 year-old men should be allowed to have sex with 15 year-olds.

Is that your argument?

bugle you could, theoretically, get life.

Your little tirade is manifestly intransigent and pious and trying to suggest I was arguing for a lowering of the age of consent is a shabby debating technique. The same as the classic barrack room lawyer ruse of saying "so basically mate, what you're saying is if someone rapes a ...blah blah blah."

It is a level of discourse I became used to working on building sites and I'm disappointed that you should descend to it.

parameters of your argument in the sense of whether you thought the law was wrong or simply the sentencing too harsh. Interestingly, you still haven't clarified that.

I do not agree with the drug laws, but nobody who falls foul of them can reasonably complain that they didn't know about them or the possible penalties.

Now it so happens that I do agree with the laws on sexual activity with minors and therefore think exactly the same thing - that no-one who knowingly and deliberately falls foul of them has any grounds for complaint whatsoever.

Of necessity, the law draws lines that may seem arbitrary, but they are there and we all know they are there. Adam Johnson knowingly planned over a period of time to have sex with a minor. That makes him a creepy f**king pervert and anyone who attempts to defend his behaviour or belittle his crime extremely morally dubious.
