its a lot easier / better for fitness and not picking up injuries if you can perform on 40% capability 80% of time..then pick it up when needed. There league is piece of piss so no wonder..they rest during most games and BM showed last night they resta lot during game then raise it when needed but we can only do 10 mins..and we dont shoot on target
