IF you look at the clubs who are having success, it is not the BUY BIG clubs, nor the clubs with international superstars and bloated payrolls and egos. Instead it is the clubs where the manager has instilled a belief that everyone pulling together for a common cause is the way to go.

Liecester, Spurs, 'Ammers all show up with a specific game plan and clear roles. The money clubs -- Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal never know which team will show up on a given day.

A similar trend is occurring in American baseball. All of a sudden the teams with the big name players are underachieving and the teams united with a common cause and low egos are winning.

First time I've said this. We need to blow it up and start over. The Arsene of 20 years ago basically did this, but he can't any more. We need a vibrant manager that can inspire players to accept their role on the team for a common good.

clubs in the Premier League have been unsettled because of managerial changes and having **** managers. LvG is ****, Chelsea had a player revolt. Man City are playing knowing their manager is gone at the end of the year. You can bet your *******s next season all three will be up their again.
