PS The Matrix was ****e, and I felt that way when you were dudes so I am not being transphobic.

It's just strange that two brothers chose to change gender/sex/whatever though.

Their dad mustve been a properly **** father.

It had a story about a guy who was plugged into a 'Matrix' machine, by a Doctor 'Morpheus', and had to fight in a computer generated world. This came out in about 1987. :rubchin:

....since the greeks.

I struggle with some of the receieved wisdom and orthodoxy around this stuff though. If people have the right to identify how they want then surely other people have the right to identify people how they want too.

It doesn't. It means compliance with a rigidly-policed orthodoxy.

No broadcaster now would dare to suggest that this is all *******s or even to call these people by the pronoun associated with their biology for fear of losing their job. That's how f**king mental the thing has become. It's depressing.

Quote:

In the London mayoral election in 2004, Maloney was the UKIP candidate and was criticised for comments about lesbian and gay people. These included the explanation that a failure to campaign in Camden was because there were "too many gays". Maloney later attempted to justify these remarks, telling the BBC "I don't want to campaign around gays...I don't think they do a lot for society...what I have a problem with is them openly flaunting their sexuality."

actors, awesome effects and visual effects. It all absolutely came together. However, every single other thing they've done has been beyond awful. Jupiter Rising or whatever it was excruciating.

I'm quite the fan of the lad, personally. Mind you, that's mostly as I have met him and he's thoroughly lovely.

Dracula is one of my guilty pleasures.

The Conversation, Apocalype Now! I think I understand the point that you may not have liked them, they may not be your thing, but great movies nonetheless.

Rumblefish is all about Stewart Copeland's score anyway.
