We've got a bloody cup to retain here.

btw, if we win it three times in a row do we get to keep the f**ker?

If so, does it get replaced by won that looks like somebody holding an orange after dipping their arm in custard?

Francis has got to be just about the most boring man in football though, hasnt he?

Perhaps it's just the devonian accent.

I've not read anything by Francis but I imagine he'd cover, and in some depth, trips to Wickes to find some hinges for the saloon doors of the living room of his dartmoor bungalow.

This is a man whos lack of imagination kept his wife and newborn baby locked in a hotel in madrid for an entire season because they lacked the intellectual curiosity to venture out into one of the most beautiful, and child friendly, cities in the world.

is the fact he was born wealthy.

To be honest I'm puzzled you don't give a harder time to chaps who squander a perfectly decent education to play football for a living, when they could have been out inventing cancer treatments or something useful like that. Or at least moving aside and allowing that education to somebody who would.

I'm not sure I follow.

Anyway, one of our ****ted midfielders is going to solve all of our fossil fuel issues in a generation anyway.

Even poor, disadvantaged thick c**ts can play good football, after all. And at least the likes of Dr. Richard work for the NHS, whatever anyone thinks of him.

Pirlo is being held up as some sort of demi-God footballer-cum-philosopher and example to all.

One is praised for being "interesting", whereas the other is bantered off for being some sort of privileged halfwit. I just don't understand your workings.

I may have mentioned my parents are both doctors; one to escape poverty, the other had parents wealthy enough to insist on it.

One is privileged halfwit, the other a privileged wit.

As with Mitsubishis, a half goes a long way.
