So the gooners who moaned about the fixture being moved could be proved to be muppets. That goal could be as vital as Skiltord shinning it against Everton.

The poor Leicester fans could end up feeling doubly aggrieved, however.

Or a pretty harsh sending off :-)

tried to get away down the left deep and had absolutely no intention or effort to get the ball. I think it was a clear yellow.

A warning that one more foul would lead to a second yellow would've certainly been more rational refereeing.

Had it happened to us there would have been an uprising.

Possibly the most stupid challenge I have seen on a football pitch since Eboue v Liverpool.

Players are tugged and held all over the pitch, yellows are not always given despite what the letter of the law may suggest and/or effort to get the ball.

before he started giving them out to Leicester. Not sure who but one of them lumped Sanchez up in the air after 1 or 2 minutes. Ref obviously thought it was too early to book.
Also the fella who fouled Monreal should have gone off for the forearm smash

Ref gave the fellow a ticking off for quite a visible lunge. Others were booked for far less.

I find myself needing a shower as I agree with Robbie Fowler in that a foul that deserves a booking should have one be it 5 seconds or 55 minutes in

He has claimed he saw the Drinkwater on Ramsey incident and judged it as not worthy of further action.

The penalty, okay I can see how it is given but Mahrez could perhaps have been booked for going down in the second half.

Coquelin could/should have been carded for getting involved at the substitution.

The sub could have gone at the very end.

I would have booked Giroud for being such an over the top c**t.

For waving his arms in protest so much he will lay out another player. Bound to happen, a la Bergkamp but without the intention

entirely to the refereeā€™s discretion. Hardly surprising therefore that whether or not the ref gives a yellow will depend on factors such as minute of the game, area of the pitch, identity of the offender, intensity of the game, the score at the time, etc.

the timing and Webb asserted he would not book a player early for a foul he would later on.

Pretty much a licence to thump

with an early 50/50 decision. A red card offence would still be met with a red card, regardless of how early it was.

that the same offence, if not that violent, would not be booked early as it would ruin the game.
So, a licence to thump for the first 5 minutes.

If LA is correct, and it was Simpson, it may have actually led to him staying on the pitch.

Again Karma. I shall have to take up Eastern Religions

although was amused that Ramsey tugged a player back for foul when he was already on a yellow and none of the Leicester players appealed for a card

What do you think of that Kante fella? Quick, strong, moves the ball quickly. Remind you of any of our current cetral midfield players?

Nah, me neither :-)

Whilst raiding them I think we can offer them double the money they paid for Mahrez too to get him also
