But I am still f**king anxious about everything.

How does one get rid of it or will it always remain?

There are hundreds of things which could go wrong every day and potentially f**k up your life or those of your loved ones. It would be utterly foolish not to be anxious.

It's just a part of the human condition

for example last weekend I had some tasks to do on Sunday. Not particularly stressful. But stressing about it the night before.

Or stupid stuff like I need to go to the post office later so I start getting stressed out.

Either you decide that it's just you being silly, and try to deal with it accordingly via self-administered boot to the arse, or, if this doesn't seem reasonable or you've already tried it, you need to see your GP.

Apparently they hand out some dead good neurotic housewife pills at the drop of a hat. I'm tempted to have a go at some just for the buzz.

It's not that bad it's just very annoying. Basically I don't like change or stuff going on,

Obviously changing jobs is a bit stressful so that's normal but I got a load of other stuff in the works too.

autopilot.

I don't know why either.

Though when I realised I had spent 21 years of my life enjoying the various flavour countries of JPS, Marlboro, Lucky Strike, Camel and Amber Leaf it did make me think.

Anyway, it's all about the vaping now.

rather sick.

We found a pack in the street.

Then we all did pretend smoking for a while. Then spraying Lynx on our hands to hide the smell.

but I never really started smoking properly until I was 22. when I had my first early mid life crisis.
