We should set up a group counselling board. And perhaps an app too.

Groindr, imo.

In and out in a day..Very simple op now. Unlike when I had a double at 21, and was out of action for bloody weeks..

I used to think it was just a particularly bad pint the night before.

I've pretty much literally had nothing physically wrong with me ever, Clive. What should I expect?

Nil by mouth for twelve hours in the lead up.
They won't let you leave outpatients until you've pee'd.
Following day after the anaesthetic has worn off it's a bit tender but not too bad.
Make sure you drink lots of water in that run up to the first crap. You obviously don't want to be straining.
Waterproof plasters for the wound in that first week. The stitches will dissolve by themselves after three weeks.
No heavy lifting for a while but you should be able to go on a half decent walk after about ten days.
Back on the bench press by three months. Light weights to begin with, ofcourse.

bedrooms, never doing any real work, never developing any real strength, then end up over compensating with the weights in your early thirties because you've come to realize you're about as strong as a glass of water.

Nice jewish boys shouldn't go anywhere where near gyms M ;-)

Bearing in mind this is the same doctor that told my missus - a soon to be mother of two - that she's infertile

It's a very small bump in the groin and completely painless.
