I find the best thing to do is have a little montage to yourself. Some press-ups, run up a mountain, punch a massive side of beef, do something against a sunset and - if the budget stretches to that - have a helicopter shot or two before fading out to black to show the pissing of time.

This is my favourite montage song right now https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9D-QD_HIfjA

I think it's something to do with drinking ale for 10 hours yesterday.

I have The Fear :-(

Sir Charlie of Nicholas

However, my critical faculties being somewhat undermined by the quantity of beer sloshing around inside me, I managed to order only a plate of sardines, and then became distracted by something or other and sort of forgot to eat them.

I'd had neither breakfast nor lunch.

Today I've had no breakfast.

I'm f**king famished.

I've tried most of these and they are pretty good. I'd give the Heligan Honey a miss though...

I'm sure there are some smaller breweries that way too but can't remember - it's been awhile since I've gone that far west...
