There's one thing I hate about making risotto.

It needs a glass of white wine, doesn't it? So you chuck in a glass of white wine, leaving you with 600 ml of white wine. What do you do with this white wine? You could chuck it down the sink, couldn't you? Or you could neck it as quickly as possible, so as not to taste the ghastly stuff.
