went off to live in peaceful Afghanistan to do 'development work' has actually sent me off the outrage scale.

Is there no end to the idiocy of the leftist, bleeding-heart liberal? I'm in the red, here. I'm gonna blow! :furious:

discomfited by western values he chose to go and live under the Taliban and was subsequently imprisoned without trial by this nasty West, now chooses to live... in the West.

And he's a bit smiley for an Allan.

There's something not quite right about him. Suspicious.

If you're locking people up for 14 years because you know they're a potential threat, surely it makes sense to try them and sentence them. If you don't have the evidence for it, then make some f**king evidence. It's not rocket science, is it?

is acknowledged to have visited chief Allan Osama Bin Laden's house and that he was travelling to Afghan on a false passport - all neatly glossed over by the utter f**kwit of a writer.

And that's before we get to the painting of the Taliban as a benign regime and the belittling of 9/11 as 'petrol bomb attacks'.

I'm actually considering writing a letter of complaint. That's how angry I am.

conviction. I mean, let's face it: waterboarding is basically washing someone's face. It's hardly thumbscrews and the bastinado, is it?

The thing that clinched it for me was the way Aamer spoke about his children, nature and animals. Articulating such feelings is hard to fake. You can’t imagine Trump doing it.

Taliban and almost certainly was affiliated with Al Qaeda.

Because...y'know...he's rich, Americana and white.
