was beautifull..on top of chilterns could see lights n towers of London waking up at 6.15 am.. bloody teen kids..don't have them, worry you to death imo..dropped out of a levels as wants to work and look after himself so no working and living in his own annex at the ex..cold be worse I guess..no more maint payments and as sir c says ..nowt wrong with work, toomuch education etc..still had argument with him last night so no sleep and run run run then weights then run .. feel better now..he be ok

takes an hour to get them all singing off same hymn sheet..for 5 mins before another voice pops up :-)

saw an old bloke running along, no lights , middle of nowhere , country lanes, dark, windy, cloudy,bit of moon every now and than ..5am ..smilling / grimacing / running ...listening to the sleepy hollows ;-) was filmed all around where ran..had a good few little crazy imagination moments

What do you have for dinner that will give you that energy at 4am?

Are you taking part in some triatholon etc in the near future?

doing full one next summer in sept , and the half in july to warm up :-)

also don't forget to drink 4 large double rums last night from 8 till 10 , and a chicken chow mein..on weekends drink, eat, smoke and sniff heavily..fri n sat rest of week no smoke, much less drink, 2 days off a week if poss and eat sensibly ish

not sure id recommend it but works for me, only done this kind of stuff for about 10 years.. now this year so far.. 1764 running, 2725 miles road bike, 531 mountain bike, swam 30 odd miles..need to do more swim next year, rowed 37 miles :-) 548699 calories burnt ..though they not that accurate ..but missues does say what a waste of money refuelling me..just do less :-)

Keep going. I also find that gym work, cycling etc keeps my mind clear of depression (apart from when watching the Arsenal)
