I have no debt now.

Except for one account with EE which I refuse to pay as it is inaccurate. I've gone to the top of their company and they are the most difficult people to deal with.

However it's mainly clear all the debt in order to be approved for the biggest debt of your life.

and having a credit score that came up as very good when I got my next mortgage a few years back :) so nope no guilt on my part, it was a bubble i helped burst..wd me

and no payback..you would find that oddly you are clear to do it again..just need a year of couple of credit cards , tell the mortgage co. that you just had 6 years abroad and bobs your uncle ..done ..though i admit most people could not do the neccesary off radar as it takes a bit of skill..fake co.names to get paid on, shifty work, putting your names in reverse order on gas and elec bills that sort of thing..
