I have sacked off Sky for Virgin Media (to be installed next week) due to ongoing broadband issues.

I dumped off NTL about 6-7 years ago as their so called digital television offering was unfeasibly bad, programs set to record were regularly failing so their entire service to me was hugely not fit for purpose.

They sent engineers out testing lines etc, nothing. They replaced equipment, nothing. They gave me 6 months entirely free of charge, to no avail. I left and joined Team Sky.

Neighbours swear by NTL being better than toast.
