... according to Wrighty and Keown. They say Arsene wants to simulate matchday pitches, does that mean matchday pitches are that hard then? And other traiing pitches are much relatively softer? :rubchin:

But like Arsene says, in order to do proper testing, they should take the blood.

built like a gazelle rather than a bull.To sort things out we should bring in outside consultants to look at the training regime from top to bottom. Then perhaps we might make some progress.

In addition we really haven't had any beef in midfield since Vieira left. We need more players with some physical presence.
