imo.. 17 mile run before 9, had protein shake ,did some work n calls, and made honey rum, had stirfry rice n veg n chillies, went for 20 mile bike ride at lunch time, bath..back doing some calls, emptying dishwasher, now feel like its end of day..but its 2.30 :banghead: you get sooo much time at home when you do **** eh ? booooo mybe little rum ,last few calls and head out for early dinner and drinks at ..4.30..maybe 4.45 ?
