A funny thing happened last night while watching the 'Tim Sherwood Derby'.

The referee, a Mr Mike Dean, appeared to celebrate the first Spurs goal. I thought I might be imagining it, as Mike Dean does occupy a special place in the Arsenal universe, but I did wonder if anyone else noticed his behaviour as slightly odd.

Turns out i wasn't.

When such passages result in a goal, this is the ultimate vindication of the referee's decision to play on and he was suitably chuffed about it.

Again it was after an advantage. I think it is fairer to say that the sad little c**t really does get excited when he plays advantage and it leads to a goal
