It's quite simple really.
I want to go to Excel centre any normal person would type Excel Centre.
He opens a new window (on internet explorer no less) and types in Excel Exhibition centre London Docklands, then goes to the hope pages and copies the name from the top of the page then goes back to the other browser with google maps and pastes it.
