View Full Version : ive got pork fillets fiorentina from butchers for dinner..grill or fry?
Forgot to ask him..or even ? Not sure now..
put pan in oven at 160 for about 5 - 6 mins then leave them on plate to relax for 5 mins..should be ok , night :wave:

Fry, man. Always fry. The grill is there to make toast.
