running shoes and also cricket shoes. But now in the market for some new running shoes and am wondering if I should deviate from the norm?

How do the likes of Nike/Addidas compare?

well 1800 miles last year and 1450 so far this and not one strain or injury, where as before with Nikes used to get foot brusing, etc , if doing over 40 - 50 miles aweek then less cushioning and support the better, better to learn to run well and gently than clump along in cushioned, gel crap imo thats for begineers

bad habits and injuries..best go for least cushioned as possible and learn torun well and lightly ..im surecushioned good for general walking n chilling..i have nikes for that and gym etc

like triathalon, half marathon or marathon ..as really light,perfect neutral feel and balance , almost like running bareoot, lovrly

Also try running to a big park and run barefoot on grass , really good for tech..i sometimes do the windsor long walk from palace up to statue and back barefoot asthey keep grass very clean and glass free


then also have pair of these for general weekly pounding

pop em in back pack or hide by tree and do mile or two barefoot..its lovely feel at 7am in dewy grass and sunrise..very natural and relaxing like a foot massage and run

just rub some grass betweeen toes etc..ive got river thames to clean em too so no probs for me :-) ..i mean i take a crap when running n wipe my arse with grass so im not going to worry about a dog :-)

you would love it :-) jumping branches and trees, going through leaves, balls swinging ..theres and yours..at the end all rip into a nice raw t-bone then punch them all and show your teeth..king of pack Reg
