I don't know why but i always get the feeling Lancaster is there as a frontman and motivational speaker but Farrell is the man behind all the major decisions. Could be completely wrong of course. I would also get rid of Robshaw as captain and get rid of the silly rule about overseas players, or at least make exceptions. The former will obviously happen but the latter wont, sadly.
